Let's see. After high school I joined the Air Force and was stationed at Eglin AFB FL. I found out that I had Crohn's disease. After Two years I was given a medical discharge. I moved back to Oak Harbor. Over the next several years I fought with the disease and had many surgeries. Twelve years ago I bought a house in Oak Harbor. I now work as a Job Coach on the island, helping special needs adults find and maintain employment. I also volunteer for a company that takes special needs adults on vacations. I spend the balance of my time with my dog Peaches going to the off leash parks and on walks.
